Our Super Decathlon 8KCAB was built for having fun with aerobatics!
Have a great time with introductions to basic aerobatic maneuvers including loops, rolls, and spins. In the meantime, you’ll learn how to recover from these maneuvers and come away a safer, more confident pilot.
To prepare for this course:
- Ensure you have proficiency and recent experience in unusual attitude recovery and advanced stalls, such as turning stalls, deep/falling leaf stalls and basic spins. If you need training, we offer the perfect prep training through our Stall-Spin course for GA pilots!
- Be current and proficient in the aircraft you fly now, with the ability to fly as PIC (current medical eligibility and Flight Review).
- Be current in basic aerodynamic knowledge concurrent with your pilot certificate – a must for safely entering the world of all-attitude flying, where concepts like load factor, maneuvering speed and lift/drag variables become all the more essential.
